We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Researcher to design and implement advanced execution algorithms for our trading systems. This role involves conducting research, developing models, and working closely with the trading and engineering teams to ensure the highest levels of performance and efficiency in our execution strategies.
Job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement sophisticated execution algorithms.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Quantitative Research: Extensive experience in quantitative research, particularly in designing and implementing execution algorithms.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with a focus on algorithm development.
- Mathematical and Statistical Analysis: Strong background in mathematical and statistical analysis, including machine learning techniques.
- Financial Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and execution algorithms.
- Data Analysis: Expertise in analyzing large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
- Algorithmic Trading Systems: Experience with multithreaded programming and asynchronous frameworks.
- FIX Protocol and WebSockets: Hands-on experience with FIX protocol and WebSocket communication.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
